Are you wondering how to get Endura Carrots to boost your stamina in Tears of the Kingdom? Stamina is a massive deal in Tears of the Kingdom. The only thing between Link and his goal is this tiny green wheel that determines how long he can sprint, swim, glide, or climb. In addition, stamina plays a huge role in combat since you can’t perform strong hits if your wheel is depleted. Thus, you might want to make it your top priority to get as many stamina vessels as you can. But until then, you can rely on Endura Carrots.

Endura Carrots spawn near Cherry Blossom Trees, which have fixed locations in the Hyrule map. Most Cherry Blossom Trees have one Endura Carrot right in front of them.

On Satori Mountain, you’ll find three to five Endura Carrots near the Cherry Blossom Tree. Getting a couple of veggies is a long way up, but you can use Ascend in Satori Mountain Foothill Cave, which is right across the Usazum Shrine. You’ll find a Cherry Blossom Tree near the lake atop the mountain, where Satori would spawn in BotW.

With Endura Carrots, you can cook up various recipes that will provide Link with one or several extra stamina wheels. Instead of being green like your regular wheel, they take yellow, which signifies they are temporary.

That doesn’t mean the wheel will expire like a heat-resistant elixir after some minutes. Instead, its limit relies upon the fact that it will be consumed upon use. That means you can stock up on extra wheels until you feel like using them.

Once you’ve got an Endura Carrot in Tears of the Kingdom, head to your nearest cooking pot (or whip out a Zonai portable pot instead). Hold the Endura Carrot with some other ingredients on your hands and drop it on the cooking pot to get a stamina-boosting meal. Here are some of our favorites:

  • Enduring Salt-Grilled Fish

Ingredients: Hyrule Bass + Endura Carrot

This simple recipe will provide an extra half wheel of stamina and restore five hearts.

  • Enduring Veggie Podridge

Ingredients: 2 Endura Carrots + Fresh Milk + Bird Egg + Hyrule Rice

This Tears of the Kingdom recipe will grant you an extra wheel of stamina and restore ten hearts.

  • Enduring Salt-Grilled Prime Meat

Ingredients: Raw Prime Meat + 3 Endura Carrots + Rock Salt

This recipe will grant you more than an extra wheel of stamina and restore tren hearts.
