You can get Gleeok Frost Horns in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom from Frost Gleeok and King Gleeok. Frost Gleeok is located at the Gerudo Highlands. At the same time, you will find King Gleeoks in West Hebra Sky Archipelago, Sky Island in the Gerudo Sky, and Gleeok Den in the Great Hyrule Forest Depths. For the Frost Gleeok, make sure to use some firearms, while for the King Gleeok, weapons like Zonaite Bow come in very handy. Make sure you shoot their eyes first since it is their weakest point.
