While Sargon is one of the slickest and deadliest Immortals of Persia, there are times when he’ll eventually get hit and need a little pick-me-up. For that, it’s important to know how to get more Healing Potions in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown and increase their effectiveness. Luckily for you, you won’t have to wait until the game’s final hours to improve your healing capacities. All you need is a bit of currency, follow the main story, and return to the game’s most helpful NPC.
Getting More Healing Potions in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown
Obtaining more potions in the game isn’t hard, but it is costly. While you can meet the NPC who gives you more, you might not have the currency yet. Still, here are the steps you must follow to increase your amount of healing potions:
- Follow the story until you reach the Lower City.
- Head to The Haven area and move toward the middle.
- Speak with The Mage NPC to unlock their shop.
- Inside, select the “Additional Healing Potion” option.
The first upgrade will cost 500 Time Crystals, and you’ll only be able to get one upgrade for some time. As you progress through the story, you should return to this NPC to get the option to obtain more HP restoration items. The maximum amount of healing concoctions you can get this way is three, meaning you’ll have four in total.
Can You Improve the Healing Effect of Potions?
Besides getting more healing potions in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown through this NPC, you can also improve their healing effect. It’ll also cost you, but since your HP will increase by obtaining certain items, you should prioritize this option, too. While you can grind any of the enemies on the map to get Time Crystals, we recommend sticking with the main quest. Doing so will give you a good amount of currency to help you get that sweet medicine before you face any of the foes inside Mount Qaf.
