To get Noibat with Boomburst, you will need to catch this rare spawn Pokemon during Community Day and evolve it to Noivern within a limited timeframe. The time you have will be between February 5, 2 PM, and February 3 AM. Yes, just five hours after the event starts.
This sounds even more unfair when you know that you need 400 Noibat Candies to evolve Noibat into Noivern in Pokemon GO. However, once you evolve the Noibat you caught during Community Day, there is a huge chance it will turn into Noivern with a special attack.
