This article is over 1 years old and may contain outdated information.

Once you have jumped into the vibrant world of Palworld and built yourself a primitive workbench, one of the first materials you need is Paldium Fragments. Paldium Fragments are essential to building the PalBox, the primary building in your base, and Pal Spheres, which are required to capture pals. Therefore, finding Paldium Fragments as early as possible is essential to make any meaningful progress.

You can get Paldium Fragments by exploring, mining, and through the Stone Crusher. These are the best ways to get Paldium Fragment at the early stage of the game.

1. Exploring

Once you are spawned in the world, take some time to go looking around the area. While exploring Palworld, you will notice bluish color stones on the ground, which are the Paldium Fragments. These will be your easiest source of Paldium in the opening hours.

2. Mining

Once you have set up your Pal Box, you will notice that you will still be in dire need of Paldium for future projects. Do yourself a favor and craft a Stone Pickaxe out of five Stones and five Wood so you can use it to mine any nearby small Paldium ore nodes.

However, we strongly suggest you capture a Cattiva as your first pal and assign it to the base. Cattivas are good miners, producing plenty of Stone from nearby stone nodes. When they produce Stones, there are also small amounts of Paldium Fragments that is collected as well.

3. Through Crusher

When you reach Level Eight, you can build a Stone Crusher. This will cost five Stone to make but will pay off in no time. If you have two Cattivas assigned to your base and build a Stone Pit, they will produce enough Stones for you to consistently convert to Paldium Fragments at the Crusher.

These are the best methods to get Paldium Fragments in Palworld. Once you overcome the initial hump of collecting it, you can start to automate the process and never stress about running low again.
