Population Bomb is a signature move, and currently, Tandemaus and Maushold are the only Pokemon known to be able to learn it. You need to level up Tandemaus to level 46 and  Maushold to level 53 to learn Population Bomb.

Population Bomb deals 20 base power and has a 90% accuracy. It also has a 10% chance of causing the target to flinch. Population Bomb has a max PP of 16. It is one of the unique moves in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.

You can get the population Bomb in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet by having Tandemaus or Maushold in your team and leveling them up to the required level. Once they reach the required level, they will learn the Population Bomb move.
