With the release of the Rift in Time DLC, the world of Disney Dreamlight Valley players was turned upside down since the game was filled with dozens of new materials. Of course, items like Oasis Glass are relatively easy to get, but finding Prisma Shrimp can be a challenge. Having the status of a rare fish and living only in one area of the new region, many players doubted the existence of this creature. But once you reach a specific Wild Tangle region location and have enough patience, you can easily catch several Prisma Shrimp in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

Where To Find Prisma Shrimp in Disney Dreamlight Valley

First, it is worth noting that Prisma Shrimp is a rare creature that lives mainly in only one body of water: Eternity Isle. Therefore, you can immediately dismiss hopes of catching it too quickly. Some players even suggested that the Prisma Shrimp suffered the same error as the Tropical Wood respawn, but this is not the case. After all, it would be unrealistic to assume that a creature costing 1,100 Star Coins would be too easy to obtain.

Back on topic, you can easily catch the Prisma Shrimp in Disney Dreamlight Valley once you reach The Grove area in the Wild Tangle. All you have to do is find the orange water ripples in the small lake in the eastern part of The Grove and cast your fishing rod. You can also catch this freshwater inhabitant in the riverbed in the southern part of the location, but the chance of success will be slightly lower. Of course, it all depends on your luck, but if you find needed water ripples, you are almost guaranteed to get the desired catch.

The main problem when hunting the Prisma Shrimp is the low chance of finding orange water ripples, so you will want to fish all the spots to make room for the color you want. Your core weapon is patience and more patience. But it wouldn’t hurt to take a character with a high level of Fishing role with you to make your time at the lake more profitable.

How To Get To The Grove in Eternity Isle

As we said earlier, The Grove is only a small section of The Wild Tangle in Eternity Isle. Therefore, it is obvious that you will not be able to visit this location immediately after purchasing the DLC. First of all, you will have to complete several consecutive story quests, and here is a list to help you navigate:

  • Port of Many Worlds
  • The Secrets of Eternity Isle
  • The Flying Metal Nuisance
  • The Sands in the Hourglass

Please note that after you complete all these quests, you will need at least another 6,000 Mist to use to overcome the barrier on the border of The Grasslands and get to the desired location with Prisma Shrimp.
