If you wish to gather a bit of fortune and even some fiery attacks, you better get Rubies in Tears of the Kingdom. Along with Diamonds, Sapphires, Amber, and others, Rubies are one of the ores available in TotK for you to mine and collect. They are quite valuable and not that uncommon to come by. However, to collect a bunch of them, you will have to know where to look. Prepare yourself for some mining adventures and bring a couple of heavy weaponry. Here is where to find Rubies in Tears of the Kingdom.

Where To Find Rubies in Tears of the Kingdom

To find Rubies in Tears of the Kingdom, you will have to visit caves or travel through mountains. You can travel across Death Mountain and other mountains alike across all Hyrule. As with other ores in the game, you must destroy ores to collect some Rubies. More specifically, you will have to mine Rare Ore Deposits. You will identify them because they have golden tinges that shine. Be sure to use Hammers to destroy them without them destroying your other weapons first.

Rubies are worth a total of 110 rupees. If you wish to optimize your profits, you can sell Rubies to Ramella in Goron City in batches of 10. Be sure Ramella is looking for Rubies to have a greater profit. You can also use Rubies as Fuse materials. Despite them only having a +1 attack power, they will grant your weapons a pretty decent Fire damage output. Not only that, but if you Fuse it with your arrows, they will explode on impact.

Be sure to explore caves and mountains to find some Rare Ore Deposits. If you are lucky, you will be able to collect a huge amount of Rubies. If you are in peril, don’t refrain from fusing them with your weapons to survive. You will also be able to collect them by opening certain treasure chests and also by battling Stone Talus. Just keep hitting the Ore Deposits on top of them to defeat them rapidly. Once again, if RNG favors you, you will be able to collect Rubies as a reward for surviving this encounter.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is available now on Nintendo Switch.
