As part of the Starlight Celebration event, the game receives some new items and little quests to give the vibe of holidays. Completing them will award you with some items and more importantly experience points that could benefit you a lot with leveling up.
The first step for getting the Illuminated Tree in Final Fantasy XIV is to participate in the Starlight Celebration event. In order to participate in the event, you have to find and meet Amh Garanjy in the Old Gridania. You can find it here in the (X:10.2, Y:9.4) coordinates.
The requirement to participate in the event is to have a character with at least level 15. So select the character that meets the requirements and then go to the coordinates mentioned above to meet Amh.
Once you found and talked to her, the Reindeer Fame quest will start, which you must complete. The quest itself doesn’t have any particular challenges, and all you have to do is to meet with some characters.
Once you’ve met and greeted all the characters, the quest will end. After that, you should visit the Starlight Supplier vendor located at coordinates (x:10.7, Y:8.8). Once you got there, talk to the vendor and you should be able to buy Illuminated Tree for 1,000 Gil in the game.
