This season, a few desirable Exotic items were added into the game, like the Mothkeeper’s Wraps in Destiny 2. The Mothkeeper’s Wraps were one of the three new Exotic Gauntlets released in Destiny 2‘s Season 22, Season of the Witch. This Exotic Gauntlet is a piece of Hunter Armor. They allow the wearer to transform your grenade into an explosive gathering on moths! Let’s take a look at how to get the Mothkeeper’s Wraps in Destiny 2: Season of the Witch.

Obtaining the Pyrogale Gauntlets can be pretty simple, but both methods can take a decent amount of time. There are two possible methods for obtaining the Pyrogale Gauntlets, the first of which is participation in Vex Incursion Zones. However, if you prefer not to follow that path, you can wait for the Legend Master Lost Sectors to come around to Gauntlet Day.

The Vex Incursion Zone is a newer mechanic in the game, added in with the Lightfall expansion. Vex Incursion Zones are Neomuna Public Events where you take on a Vex Strike Force. The Vex Incursion Zone appears in Ahima Park, Zephyr Concourse, or Liming Harbor in Neomuna. However, since Vex Incursion Zones do work on a rotation, the place they appear can often change.

However, all three locations are within Neomuna and marked on the map to make finding it just a bit easier! If you look at the Neomuna map from within the Destination tab, you will notice a purple and green marker in the shape of a diamond. Hovering over it will show the message: “Vex Strike Force Incoming!” That’s where you need to go to get the Pyrogale Gauntlets in Destiny 2.

If you’re not a fan of completing Vex Incursion Zones, you can always wait around for the Gauntlet Day Lost Sector. Completing Lost Sectors will reward you with different types of Exotic gear. That means you can wait for the day that the Lost Sector offers up Exotic Gauntlet pieces as rewards and complete some Master Legend Lost Sectors for the Pyrogale Gauntlets in Destiny 2. It may take a few tries, but in the meantime, you might even get some other Exotic Arm pieces that you didn’t have yet!

Jordan is an experienced fantasy writer who spends hours behind her laptop, and lost in the pages of a book. She strives to be a successful gaming blogger, and has no complaint about the hours of game time she used to increase her knowledge of all things “geek”. She primarily writes gaming articles and fantasy novels. Ark: Survival Evolved is a favorite, along with Diablo 3, Warframe and Minecraft lately, though you can’t forget the good old Magic the Gathering card game! Writing about games truly gives her joy as it gives her another perspective to look at games from, a reason to really look into the mechanics of the game.
