To get the Sand Boots in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, you need to buy them from the Gerudo Secret Club in Gerudo Town. This store can be found by traversing the underground tunnels and using Ascend to pop through the floor of the shop. Once you arrive, you shouldn’t have a problem locating where to find the Sand Boots in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. If you have already been in here before, you can break the wooden crate blocking the front door and walk in.

The Sand Boots are priced at 1,200 Rupees, just slightly less than the nearby Snow Boots. If you are a little short moneywise, you can sell some items to the Gerudo standing behind the counter. If you don’t see the Sand Boots to the left of her, you may need to buy a couple of armor pieces from the other side.
Unfortunately, the Sand Boots do not give you the added bonus of heat resistance while running through the Gerudo Desert. Combining them with heat-resistant armor will make your journeys around this wasteland much more bearable. If you want to move even faster, you can shield surf with a Sand Seal. Catch them in the wild or rent one from the Sand Seal shop in Gerudo Town.
