Starfield hides plenty of secrets, and one of them is Starborn representatives. These people possess probably the most powerful weapons, armor, and ships in the entire multiverse, and you’ve most likely wanted to get some of it for yourself. Next, you will learn how to get the Starborn Ship in Starfield. Luckily, the game gives you this opportunity more than once.

In fact, when you have the opportunity to get a Starborn Ship, you will also get a Starborn Spacecuit as a bonus. That’s pretty good news, but you might be confused about how to get them. To do so, you’ll need to start New Game Plus. This feature will be available after you have fully completed the story of the game and finished all the main quests. Thus, you can start a new game, but with bonuses such as Starborn Ship and Starborn Spacesuit.

Considering that after starting a new game, you lose all resources, loot, currency, and everything except your level and skills, many players do not like this option. Nevertheless, it is a great privilege to own a Starborn Ship, and not everyone will dare to reset their current progress just for this reason. Below, we will tell you more about the Starborn Ship and its advantages.

The full name of the ship is Starborn Guardian. Its characteristics are great and given that you start the game over and have it in your possession, it won’t take you long to complete the story again. Here are the characteristics of the ship:

Reactor Class A – 22
Crew Capacity 5
Jump Distance 30 LY
Shield 630
Sol Lasers 24
Torpedos 70
Hull 649
Cargo Capacity 950

Also, it’s worth noting that you can get better versions of the Starborn Guardian after each new playthrough. The name of the ship will not change, only its indexing, from Starborn Guardian to Starborn Guardian VI. Each new version will be much better in all characteristics, except for the following:

  • Reactor
  • Crew Capacity
  • Jump Distance
  • Cargo Capacity

They will remain unchanged. Judging by this, you don’t have to start a new game every time, but rather try hard and collect credits. This way you can try to create your own ship on the ship builder that will be better than Starborn Guardian. However, if you only want to explore the Starfield world and are not into creating your ship, Starborn Guardian is the perfect option for you.
