Keenly Jagged: Your attacks have a chance to inflict Bleeding on Critical Strikes.
Enchanted: Your light and heavy attacks deal 5% more damage.

Moreover, when you upgrade your Syncretic Bow score to 700 you can get a third perk, which will make it even better in New World.
