How to Start the Hildibrand Quest Chain
Before you can obtain the UFO mount in FFXIV, you will have to go through a bunch of side quests related to the Hildibrand story. To embark on the Endwalker Hildibrand quest chain, players must complete the main Endwalker campaign and all associated prior Hildibrand expansion side quests. Initiating the first Hildibrand quest can be done by speaking with Wymond in Ul’dah – Steps of Nald at X:9.8 Y:8.7. The quest, titled Rise and Fall of Gentlemen, is available to level 50 discipline of war or magic characters. Following this chain through its conclusion is key.
There is still more to be done before obtaining the UFO mount in FFXIV. Heavensward expanded the Hildibrand adventures for level 60 players. After completing the initial chain, players can seek Nashu Mhakaracca in Ishgard at X:5.9 Y:9.9 to start the quest A Gentleman Falls, Rather than Flies.”Progressing through all quests in this chain is necessary.
For Stormblood, level 70 players can continue the narrative by obtaining the quest A Hingan Tale: Nashu Goes East from the Conspicuously Inconspicuous Man in Kugane at X:10.6 Y:9.8. Completing this quest and Don’t Do the Dewprism will bring players up to the Endwalker storyline. You are now closer to getting the UFO mount in FFXIV.
Where To Get the Endwalker Hildibrand Quest Chain
To kick off the Endwalker Hildibrand quest, players meeting the prerequisites can find an Excitable Youth in Radz-at-Han at X:11.8 Y:11.2. This NPC offers the quest The Sleeping Gentleman to level 90 discipline of war or magic jobs, serving as the starting point for the Endwalker Hildibrand storyline.
Where To Get the UFO Mount in FFXIV
Following this quest chain to completion is how to get the UFO mount in FFXIV. In Patch 6.55, players can conclude the Endwalker Hildibrand storyline. The final quest in the chain is called Gentleman at Heart. Once you turn in this last quest, the UFO mount in FFXIV will be yours. Keep in mind that there is a new Trial boss to overcome in the final quests. We won’t name it due to spoilers.
