Want to know how to get TM 054 Psyshock in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet? With Power 80 and Accuracy 100, the Psyshock attack has a rather unusual side effect. Magically, your Pokémon converts psychic energy into something material, thereby causing physical damage to the enemy. Also, being a Psychic-type move, Psyshock is especially effective against Fighting and Poison-type Pokemon and deals 2x damage to them. And while some Pokémon like Flutter Mane, Drowzee, Spoink, and a few others can learn this move by leveling up, everyone else will need a TM. Where to Find TM 054 Psyshock in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

Like most other TMs, you can get TM 054 Psyshock in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet in two ways:

Find in the vastness of the Paldea region.
Craft on TM Machine.

If you’ve progressed far enough in the game’s story and defeated Team Star Fire Crew, the TM 054 Psyshock recipe is already in your pocket, and you can move on to crafting. But if you haven’t met this boss yet, you can walk around the Paldea region and pick up some Psyshock TMs. In addition, there are as many as four places where you get TM 054 Psyshock in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, so visit the one closest to you:

For starters, you can head to the town of Cascarrafa in West Province (Area One). Go to the southeast town part and get your first Psyshock TM between the house and the hedge.
After that, head a little north and visit the Casseroya Lake location. Go to the eastern lakeside and move along the riverbed flowing from the lake. Get to the place like in the second image above and pick up the second TM under the tree on the hill.
You can also visit North Province (Area One). Take the Pokemon Center as your starting point and head south. After reaching a high cliff, climb a little higher and dial Psyshock TM on one of the rocky ledges.
Finally, visit North Province (Area Three). Take the Pokemon Center on the border with Glaseado Mountain as your starting point and head east. Approach the northeast side of the lake you meet on the way and pick up the final TM 054 Psyshock.

How to Craft TM 054 Psyshock in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

Once you defeat Team Star Fire Crew or find your first Psyshock TM, you will automatically unlock the recipe and be able to craft copies. So visit your nearest Pokemon Center and use the TM Machine.
