There are a few different salads you can make in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Although they are simple, they are also easy to get wrong if you mix up a single ingredient.

As a 3-star meal, Fish Salad only needs 3 ingredients to make. Once you do, you can sell it for a minimum of 92 Star Coins or consume it for a minimum of 1,140 Energy points. Basic as they come, but that “Any Fish” portion of the recipe can stumble some players.

The game does not truly mean you can use any of the available Fish. You can indeed use all except a single Fish: Carp. If you add Carp to this meal, you will instead create Carp Salad.

Another thing to keep in mind is that some so-called Fish are counted as Seafood at times. This includes Shrimp, Squid, Lobster, and Crab. If you use these, you won’t make Fish Salad in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Instead, you have a chance of making Seafood Salad.

Next up, Fish Salad needs Lemon, which is found in 2 places in Disney Dreamlight Valley: Glade of Trust and Forest of Valor.

In the Glade of Trust, you can check the Fruit Tree or buy Lemon from Goofy’s stall for 67 Star Coins. When in the Forest of Valor, you can only pick Lemons from a Fruit Tree.

Lastly, we need Lettuce. Go to Peaceful Meadow and buy it from Goofy’s stall for 12 Star Coins or the Seeds for 3 Star Coins.
