Do you want to know how to make Lashing in Stranded Deep? Stranded Deep is an open-world survival game in which you are thrown onto a deserted island with nothing but crafting materials and your witts.

Lashing is an essential material used to craft many useful items in the game that will help you survive the harsh environment of the deserted island. However, making it is not easy, as you require several items and materials before you can get Lashing. This guide will show you how to make Lashing in Stranded Deep.

Stranded Deep: How to Get Lashing

You can get Lashing in Stranded Deep from the young palm tree. You need four fibrous leaves from the palm tree to make a lashing out of it.

Open the crafting menu when you collect the leaves; you should see Lashing unlocked. Select it and craft your Lashing material from the young palm trees.

However, before getting fibrous leaves and eventually crafting Lashing in Stranded Deep, you need a Stone tool to cut a small palm tree. To craft a stone tool, you simply need to find a rock lying on the ground and from that, craft a stone tool in the menu.

Once you have the Stone tool, cut a small palm tree. These and yucca trees will give you the material you need. You can find them in the jungles:

  • Small palm trees are a foot to two feet tall and resemble small spikey bushes.
  • Yucca trees are six feet tall spears

When you get four leaves, it is time you create Lashing in Stranded Deep. Once you have crafted Lashing, you will be able to craft all other items and materials you need to survive on a Pacific deserted island.

If you notice, you will find Lashing as a key ingredient in making weapons, and many other basic materials and items in the game, even a cure for poison. Therefore, you will need a steady supply of Lashing throughout your campaign. Luckily, now you know how to make Lashing in Stranded Deep.

Stranded Deep is available on PC, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One.
