To complete the “Wasted on Alcohol” for Biv’s Dailies introduced in the Wild Appalachia update, you’ll need to know how to make Fallout 76 Lead Champagne. As its name suggests, Lead Champagne is a consumable item that can cause alcohol addiction while reducing your agility and charisma. On the other hand, it can slightly increase your fall speed and boost your Rad Resistance by 100. If you further ferment this alcoholic beverage into its vintage variant, consumption of this drink also provides damage resistance. This Fermentable Champagne can be mixed with other ingredients to make either Lead champagne Bellini or Mimosa.
Making Lead Champagne in Fallout 76
To make Fallout 76 Lead Champagne, you must combine the following five ingredients at a brewing station: boiled water ×3, lead ×2, nuclear material ×1, Tarberry ×3, and wood ×5. Out of these five, wood is undoubtedly the easiest to procure since it’s a prominent dismantled resource, and boiled water can also be found across Appalachia or made with dirty water and wood.

Since lead is a resource you’ll need for producing ammo, it should be a crafting component you should have in surplus. On the other hand, nuclear material is more challenging to obtain due to its moderate rarity, including the fact that its found in dangerous, radioactive areas on the map. Tarberry is the fifth ingredient you’ll need to make for the Fallout 76 recipe, Lead Champagne. According to YouTuber Wickedy, Tarberry spawns as a clustered node in the water. You can find these nodes in the pools behind the Vault-Tec Agricultural Research, the swampy streams near Watoga Station, or the pool at the Palace of the Winding Path.
Unless you are planning to mass-produce Lead Champagne in Fallout 76, memorizing every possible Tarberry location is not necessary, as only three are required for a batch of Fermentable Lead Champagne. Keep in mind that the nodes in a blast zone will cause the Tarberries to transform into glowing half-life hips that yield raw violet flux instead of the berries you need for brewing. After being refined from its raw form, stable violet flux is a great resource for making a wide variety of weapons, ammo, and armor.
Fallout 76 is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
