A Bowl of Porridge in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Porridge is a simple two-star recipe inย Disney Dreamlight Valley that Dreamers can make to restore a decent 668 points to their Energy bar. This dish is easy to make and requires only two ingredients, one of which is obtained from Chez Remy’s pantry.ย Dreamlight Valley has been around for several months now, meaning that most players will have unlocked or at least heard of the Chez Remy diner. Nevertheless, for those unfamiliar, it is an establishment run by Remy, who can be brought to the Valley from the Ratatouilleย realm. Once players have completed theย rat chef’s brief realm quest, they can build his signature restaurant in the Village and purchase ingredients from its kitchen.

To make this recipe full of vegetables in Disney Dreamlight Valley, players will need a stalk of Wheat and a carton of Milk. Wheat or its Seeds can be purchased from Goofy’s Stall in Peaceful Meadow, and Milk can be procured from Chez Remy for 230 Star Coins.

It should be noted that Wheat Seeds can also occasionally be foraged from the Peaceful Meadow biome by clearing Night Thorns or digging up dirt mounds. Of course, Wheat Seeds and Wheat stalks are so cheap that no player needs to consider foraging as a source of Wheat Seeds. Nevertheless, it can be helpful to know that players might already have several Wheat Seeds in their inventory or home storage, removing the need to visit Goofy’s Stall in the meadow. As mentioned above, Porridge made from Wheat and Milk restores 668 Energy, but it can also be sold for 301 Star Coins inย Disney Dreamlight Valley.

While the Energy replenished from consuming Porridge is decent, its selling price is certainly not worthwhile, considering the cost ofย Milk at Chez Remyย is over 70% of the dish. However, suppose players add one piece of random Fruit to the Porridge recipe inย Disney Dreamlight Valley. In that case, they will make Porridge with Fruits, a meal that restores 1,155 points of Energy, almost double the amount from Porridge. Therefore, players are highly encouraged to save an extra piece of Fruit for this massive boost in Energy instead of only eating normal Porridge.
