Sometimes, you just don’t get the pet you wanted in Adopt Me. The RNG was working extra hard against you that day, and now you have a pet that is uglier than sin. Luckily for you, all is not lost. Given the number of items and features you can engage with, you can give your pets a serious makeover. We dare say, with a little work, you too can turn your ugly creature into a beautiful, preppy pet in Adopt Me that everyone on Roblox would die for.
How To Turn Ugly Pets into Preppy Pets in Adopt Me
Honestly, any pet in Adopt Me can be made pretty, even the bizarre ones like the Undead Jousting Horse or the Grinmoire. In fact, you’ve got a couple options to pick from, such as:
- Using the Paint Sealer or Colored Hair Spray
- Turning your pet into a neon or mega neon
- Dressing up your pet in cute outfits
- Being able to fly or ride your pet
The easiest way is to recolor your pet using the Colored Hair Spray. Visiting the Salon is free, but the downside is that it only lasts 40 minutes. For a permanent option, get the Paint Sealer for 20 Robux. If you don’t have any, you can still trade for it. Paint Sealers have an admittedly high trade value, so unless you’re rich, those may be out of your reach.
Afterward, you’ll want to expand your pet wardrobe, assuming it’s lacking in items. Clothes go a long way into “preppifying” your pet. Look at your pet and figure out which characteristics you dislike the most. Does it have nubby horns or hooves? Have it wear a cute summer straw hat and witchy, wicked boots to cover them up!
Of course, clothing doesn’t fall from the sky, so you’ll need to invest some of your savings into the accessory chests. You can purchase those at the Accessory Shop, the blue boat building on Adoption Island. The Standard Chests are pretty cheap, and there are plenty of ways to earn money fast!
Last but not least, making a neon pet and making it ridable, especially if it can fly too, is a major aspect of being a preppy pet in Adopt Me. Visit any wealthy server, and you’ll find dozens of preppy pets flashing neon colors and flying. And if you use our tricks, you’ll be amongst like-minded pet owners!
