There are many ways you can brighten up the Valley. Decorations are obvious, but what’s better than a colorful meal to settle the day with? Spring Memosa Eggs is one of the best recipes you can make in Disney Dreamlight Valley to spruce things up. It’s a simple, yet vivid dessert that takes a new approach to the traditional deviled eggs. Unfortunately, it’s not something you can make year-round if you don’t have the ingredients for it.

[Updated August 23, 2024 – additional information about availability of ingredients]

Crafting the charming Spring Memosa Eggs only requires four ingredients:

  • x1 Spring V-EGG-etable
  • x1 Wild Spring Egg
  • x1 Egg-cellent Fruit
  • x1 Basil

Although the 4-star recipe doesn’t require much, it’s obtaining the ingredients where the trouble comes in. The ingredients for Spring Memosa Eggs only show up in Disney Dreamlight Valley on special occasions. It’s an Easter dish that first arrived back in April 2023. The dessert returned in Spring of 2024, but the ingredients have since fled the Valley.

So, if you didn’t stock up on everything when the event was live, you’re unable to make it now. But there’s always a chance for it to roll back around again. Both times the Eggstravaganza event entered the Valley, the ingredients arrived in the same manner. We can always prepare in the meantime.

How To Get Ingredients

If the event ever returns to Disney Dreamlight Valley, you’ll want to hoard as many ingredients as possible so you can make Spring Memosa Eggs whenever you please. So, let’s start with one of the more complicated ingredients: Spring V-EGG-etable.

What makes it complicated is that you require other ingredients to get it. It comes from planting and harvesting V-EGG-etable Seeds. These seeds are crafted using Wild Spring Egg, Egg-cellent Fruit, and x20 Dreamlight.

Since you’ll need Wild Spring Egg for that and the overall recipe, forage as much as possible. Thankfully, they show up in every biome, and these biomes usually spawn a handful at a time.

Likewise, Egg-cellent Fruit is needed for both, so you’ll want plenty of those too. They come from Egg-cellent Fruit Bushes that only spawn during the event. They don’t spawn in every biome, but you can move them around like furniture if desired.

If you’ve participated before and still have some of these items in your inventory, feel free to craft that pretty dessert. Otherwise, you’ll have to wait for Spring 2025 to see if the event returns.
