Yet, we can’t stress enough how important some of them are for the game. Cooking is one of the first things you’ll learn during the early hours of the game. Even if it isn’t the friendliest system, it still has a lot of room for experimentation, and almost every dish benefits you. If you are eager to explore the highest points of Hyrule, today we’ll tell you how to make Stamina Boost food in Tears of the Kingdom.

If you’re new to the game, you must know that cooking is all about trial and error. Some items will go great with others and create dishes that’ll boost some stats and protect you. Today, we want to focus on Stamina Boost food in Tears of the Kingdom and how to make it. Here are the recipes for the dishes that’ll increase your stamina for a while:

  • Energizing Elixir: 2x Crickets and 1x Chuchu Jelly
  • Energizing Mushroom Skewer: 2x Stambulbs, 2 Skyshrooms, and 1x Stamella Shroom
  • Crab Stir-fry: 1x Crab and 1x Goron Spice
  • Vegetable Curry: 1x Carrot, 1x Goron Spice, and 1x Hylian Rice

The abovementioned recipes are some of the best ones in the game and some of the easiest to make if you want some Stamina Boost food in Tears of the Kingdom. You might have to explore far and wide to get some ingredients, but the result is worth the journey.
