Endless Dungeon is a challenging rogue-like game to play solo; not to mention, playing alone can sometimes get boring. Therefore, you might want to hop on with your best friends every now and then to kill aliens and blow off some steam. However, Endless Dungeon‘s co-op system may not work exactly the way you want it to. Let’s explain.

How To Play Co-op in Endless Dungeon

If your goal is to play Endless Dungeon with friends or family members on the same device as a local co-op, this is not possible. You also cannot play this game on a split screen. Endless Dungeon offers players a multiplayer experience, but only online co-op. If you are playing on PC, your friend must also play on PC and purchase the game. Otherwise, there is currently no other way to play Endless Dungeon multiplayer.

How To Host Multiplayer Session in Endless Dungeon

  • To do this, first launch Endless Dungeon.
  • When you get to the main menu, select the “Co-op” option.
  • Then select Host and you will have created your multiplayer room in Endless Dungeon.

When going on a solo adventure in Endless Dungeon, you need to take at least one AI with you. But why play alone when you can take a real human or a friend on your team? Also, switching between your other characters while playing solo can be extremely annoying. When you play with friends, everyone only controls their own character and most of the progression is shared between the other players.
