Arctic Research Base in Rust is a Monument that spawns in the snowy region, just along the edge of the map. It is a point of interest for players, just like a power plant and other similar locations. It stores precious resources, including Low-Grade Fuel, Food, and Crates. However, if you want to run the Arctic Research Base in Rust it is a pretty daring task. You will face other players at this high-profile loot facility. However, there are also armed self-healing scientists with camo suits and LR-300 Assault Rifle. Nevertheless, if you come well-prepared, you will have a shot at a successful run at the Arctic Research Base in Rust.

Unlike some other monuments, the Arctic Research Base boasts a single layout. This makes it easier to navigate and plan your raid. To access the base, you can take advantage of its train tunnel entrance, allowing you to swiftly move in and out using the train system.

Once inside the Arctic Research Base in Rust, you’ll find the base packed with opportunities for loot and resources. The loot spawns are different and can give an average of around 15 to 20 boxes per run.

These boxes include a variety of loot types, from normal and military crates to fuel, tech, ammo, and food boxes. Keep in mind that the actual number of filled spawn locations may vary during each run.

It is time to face the healing scientists. There are nine or 10 of them and each has 150 health. Each gives away precious loot such as ammo, components, tools, and meds when defeated.

When entering the Arctic Research Base in Rust, opt for the side with a building on a hill, which offers excellent cover. The small shed can provide you with additional protection against both scientists and rival raiders. Additionally, you can use wind turbines for cover by landing a mini copter on top. However, caution is a must here, as this maneuver can leave you vulnerable to attacks.

The Arctic Research Base in Rust features two blue puzzle rooms, accessible with a single blue keycard. No additional switches are required. Simply swipe your keycard, and the doors will start to open. Inside these rooms, you can expect to find around 4 crates, as well as a snowmobile. This is the only location with a snowmobile in the game.

You can choose between two models, but each has 20 low-grade fuel, 300HP, two seats, and 12 slots of storage. However, it costs you nine units of fuel per minute to run it. Furthermore, one of the rooms will have a red keycard, a valuable item for your feature runs.

If you are struggling with cold, there are heaters around the base, as one of the features. Also, you will find the Recycler just outside of the base.

Rust is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
