After months of waiting for Destiny 2 Lightfall is finally here, and it has brought old fans and some new ones to this amazing action RPG. Recently, it reached a new peak in Steam as well, which shows how good this new expansion is. Like every other campaign this expansion also has a series of puzzles, and here is how to solve the Headlong puzzle in Destiny 2.

How to Solve the Headlong Puzzle in Destiny 2

Destiny 2 Lightfall is now available for everyone to experience. In the early stages of this new campaign, you will face its first puzzle known as the Headlong.

For those that have experience with different dungeons in Destiny 2, they have probably figured it out, but there are new players that might struggle at first.

You will have to solve this puzzle as part of the Headlong missions when you get to the Liming Harbor area of Neomuna. Once you got there, you will realize there is a Vex barrier and in order to pass it you have to solve a puzzle.

Then a bunch of Vex minotaurs and goblins will spawn that you must take care of. Then you face four harpies, which you would usually kill firsthand, but you shouldn’t do that immediately.

Once the harpies appeared, look above the barrier-covered entranced. You will see three crystals that some or all of them are glowing. This is the hint to how to solve the Headlong puzzle.

Now if you look back at the harpies, you will notice the same glow here as well. What you have to do is, kill harpies in order for the crystals have glow or not.

For instance, if the crystals above the door have a pattern of two glow crystals and one regular crystal, you have to kill two glowing harpies and then one regular one.

Once you’ve killed the harpies in the right pattern, the crystals will disappear and then you have access to get into the next area of the game.

Destiny 2 is now available for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
