In Coral Island one of the main buildings you will want to upgrade is your house. Upgrading it will unlock features like cooking and allow you to have more furniture. More furniture means you can have things like a pet bed to own your very own pet. In order to upgrade your house you will need to gather a couple of different resources and some money, before making a trip over to the carpenter’s place.
Everything You Need To Upgrade Your House in Coral Island
One of the first quests you get in Coral Island is “Home Sweet Home,” which requires you to repair your new home. This means you need to collect 50 wood and 20 stone and bring them to the Carpenter’s. After that there is a level two house upgrade and a level three house upgrade. The level two upgrade requires 5,000 coins, 100 wood, 50 stone, and 10 bronze bars. The level three upgrade requires 40,000 coins, 200 wood, 150 stone, and 10 silver bars. The main unlock for level two is the addition of a kitchen, which unlocks cooking, while the level three upgrade allows you to get married.
The Carpenter’s shop is open between 9 AM and 5 PM Monday through Friday. It’s open between 9 AM and 2 PM on Sunday and is closed all day on Saturday. After paying for the upgrade it will take a few days for it to be completed. The biggest barrier for both upgrades will be the money, as getting a large amount can take awhile, especially early on. The wood and stone can be gathered by cleaning up your farm. The bronze bars can be smelted with bronze ore form the Earth mine, while silver can be mined in the Water Mine.
Coral Island is available now on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC.
