In Lies of P, you will find many collectibles, but some of them can be used for side quests in the world. Although, the game doesn’t make it obvious how or where to use these items. One of the first items you’ll obtain is the Faded Whistle, which, in true Soulslike fashion, won’t tell you what to do with it in Lies of P. How To Get the Faded Whistle in Lies of P
In Lies of P, you can only get the Faded Whistle once you have defeated the Scrapped Watchman. After finishing the boss battle, you must go to the Krat City Hall Courtyard. On the left side of the entrance with a clock above, there will be a stone bench with toys, candles, and the word Friends carved on the floor. There, you will find the Faded Whistle on the ground.
Exploring the city of Krat and all its most secret corners is one of the best things you can do in the game. You may be able to find more Ergo or other rare rewards, such as being able to find the weapons of some of the bosses in the game. So, if you have been searching all over the world of Pinocchio, you will likely have found the side mission with Toma. If not, you should follow these instructions:
- Teleport to Inside the House on Elysion Boulevard Stargazer
- Walk straight to the rooftops. There, you will find the chimney sweep puppet and the charge cell throwing puppet above, which you must defeat to continue your way.
- Continue towards the Homomachina sign. You will find another puppet that you must defeat.
- On the same roof, you will find a ladder to go down.
- Once down, you will find a window with a light near the garbage cans.
How To Pretend To Be Murphy in Lies of P
When interacting with Toma, she will talk to us, believing we are Murphy. Once she realizes you are not her friend, Toma will tell us that she is a very sick girl. But she only wants to know about her friend, the police robot, with whom she used to play. But she can’t go to look for Murphy or her other friends because she is very sick with the petrification disease. If you use the Faded Whistle in front of the window, Toma will believe that we are Murphy again, and she will be glad that her friend visited her. Toma will also give us a piece of Radiant Ergo Fragment.
