Some people can’t help but cause a scene when they see an anti-ICE protest. They could drive away or express their own opinion peacefully. Unfortunately, many don’t do that. An example of such a person was an idiotic Tennessee MAGA agitator who didn’t like seeing students protesting against ICE. At the anti-ICE protest, students were accompanied by some of their parents and police were there as well. That was when the agitator decided to drive by while blaring Ice Ice Baby. The song choice wasn’t the only thing he did to antagonize the students. He even spat out of his vehicle window and toward the crowd of kids. Such a disgusting action made someone from the crowd throw a half-empty water bottle at him. That was when the guy decided to escalate the situation.
Students claimed that they saw the Tennessee MAGA agitator reaching for something before leaving his car. That made them believe he had a weapon with him, which was why they backed away when he exited the vehicle. Quickly, a woman from the crowd headed to the front to start filming what was happening. At this point, the guy was yelling even though a parent was trying to calm him down. Since he didn’t plan on leaving the protesters alone, police officers there were quick to intervene. One officer pushed the agitator against a car and away from the crowd. Officers then started leading him away. The adults appreciated what the officers did and even started chanting in support of the Mount Juliet Police Department.
While some officers were still handling the agitator, the woman filming asked an available officer if he could turn off the man’s car radio. It was still playing the same song that started it all. Thankfully, the officers kept trying until they managed to turn it off. The guy definitely didn’t come out as the winner here.
People Reacting to the MAGA Tennessee Agitator Getting Arrested
A lot of people celebrated how quickly the MAGA Tennessee agitator got arrested. Since his behavior was idiotic to many, one person wrote, “The biggest loser in the world, I’m glad the world gets to see his face.” Another person said, “lol it’s just too much to be a decent human being.” He could have just ignored them. Others used the post to show their appreciation for police officers as someone else commented, “I’m really proud of them‼ I’m the first to complain, but Ill also be the first to applaud progress in the right direction. Good on them.” One Redditor even said, “ICE is giving law enforcement an even worse reputation, since they claim to be LEOs.. I’m not surprised real cops are against it, just cant actively participate in uniform.”
More people criticized the Tennessee agitator as one person said, “God these [expletive] tough-guy Trumpers in their big princess trucks just can’t let it go, can they? Their personal identity is so wrapped up in it they are willing to attack random minors. These people are utter cowards!” Some people who actually saw the protest left comments as well. “Drove by these kids yesterday, and made sure to honk and wave to let them know I appreciated their effort. Gonna call MJPD today to thank them, too!” one Redditor wrote. This made another person reply, “My brother was one of those kids and you should know that they greatly appreciated you back. When I took him for dinner he couldn’t stop gushing about all the honks and waves they got.” Kids will definitely appreciate receiving support from adults.
