Recently, Infinity Nikki had their livestream to share their new update and give a sneak peek of the upcoming events. The trailers and demos mainly focused on highlighting the new outfits appearing in Infinity Nikki 1.2 for the Firework Season update. However, players are not too excited to spend all their Diamonds on these outfits, especially the 5-star ones. Also, neither players from China nor those from the West are happy with the banners. From its looks, the banners for this version may not generate as much revenue as in previous ones.
After the Infinity Nikki 1.2 livestream, many players were quick to comment on the new outfits, although not in the most positive way. The comments were more focused on the Stardust Flare dress, which is very similar to the Fairytale Swan: Truth and outfits that were recently released. Something similar happens with the Dance Till Dawn outfit, resembling the Pink Ribbon Waltz. Many mention that the Infinity Nikki team may be overdoing it by adding very similar outfits very soon, like these long dresses and dresses full of glitter. Users are asking for more variety in the outfits or that at least they take longer to repeat outfits between banners.
Another complaint is that Infold Games developers have been using the Floating ability more in the latest banners. For example, in 1.0, there was the Blooming Dreams outfit; in 1.1, Wings of Wishes, and now, for 1.2, we will have the Dance Till Dawn outfit. Although there were sets with other skills, Floating has been very recurrent lately. It would be better to see 5-star versions of sets like Gliding, Bug-catching, or Animal grooming, to mention a few. Fortunately, this version will also have other outfits for events and more in the store. So we Will have a lot more clothes to choose from.
