The TV Host Made A Pretty Cool Joke About The Incident
Jay Leno’s new ear debuted on the David Spade and Dana Carvey’s Fly Wall podcast. The 72-year-old considered talking about his car fire accident but began with a joke.
He said:
“This is a brand-new ear… When you get burned in a fire, ears are like paper. I got a buddy of mine who’s a moyle. He gave me a bag of grafts and they work out great.”
Surely, Leno deserves all the laughs he can create. Not long after the fire accident, Leno was involved in a motorcycle accident. But this time, he was more conscious of experiencing another explosive accident. So once he noticed his motorcycle leaking gas, the comedian pulled over.
Unfortunately, he got caught up in a wire leading him to suffer two broken ribs, cracked keycaps, and a broken collarbone.
