Jennifer Aniston has been propelled back to the forefront of the media spotlight these past weeks, but for sad reasons. Eyes are now on the five remaining cast members of ’90s sitcom Friends as the world continues to mourn the October 28 death of Matthew Perry.
At the end of last month, Perry died at the age of 54 after being found unresponsive in his hot tub. Jennifer Aniston has, alongside Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer, and Matt LeBlanc, released a statement to mark Matthew’s loss. Now, fans are checking the actress’ Instagram for new and old posts.
Jennifer Aniston Marks ‘End Of An Era’
The “end of an era” post shared by 54-year-old Aniston came long before Matthew sadly died.
In November 2022, the girl behind Rachel Green stunned fans as she posed in a skintight backless dress as part of her Allure feature. Sharing a sizzling shot to her Instagram, Jen wowed in her revealing number, showing off her fit figure and definitely looking decades younger than her years. See the photo below.
Backless Dress Look
Posing from a studio, Jen sent out a confident, but slightly haunting, gaze. The Hollywood actress posed in profile and modeling a barely-there, low-back dress that showed off her toned arms and shoulders, plus her slender back.
Even appearing to lower her dress a little with one hand, Jen kept it classy as she showed plenty of skin. The glam queen also flaunted her good looks as she sported a bronzer-heavy face of makeup, plus her lightened locks worn down and straight.
“End of an era. Thank you @allure for making me the cover girl of your very last print issue 🤍🥹,” she wrote, then tagging her glam team. Fans have left over 6.8 million likes.
“That’s one beautiful woman you see right there ❤️,” one user replied. “Unbelievable Stunning,” another replied.
More recently, Aniston has made headlines both for making her joint tribute statement to Perry and for attending his funeral.
“We are all so utterly devastated by the loss of Matthew. We were more than just cast mates. We are a family,” the Friends cast told People. “There is so much to say, but right now we’re going to take a moment to grieve and process this unfathomable loss.”
“In time we will say more, as and when we are able. For now, our thoughts and our love are with Matty’s family, his friends, and everyone who loved him around the world,” they added. Aniston has not yet posted to IG since losing her much-loved former costar.
