Jennifer Aniston’s co-star Cole Sprouse was only seven when he started acting in the 1994 sitcom Friends. The Marley & Me actress was shocked to learn that Cole Sprouse is 30 during her interview with Access Hollywood. 

Cole starred in the show as Ben Geller alongside Jennifer, who played Rachel Green. 

“What?” Jennifer exclaimed in the interview published on March 28. Raising her hands above her head, she added of Cole and his twin brother Dylan Sprouse, “No, no, they’re not. Wow, that’s so crazy.”

Jennifer also got another surprise during the interview. The 52-year-old learned that Cole had a crush on her at the time. In response, Jennifer said, “He was so little.”

Adam Sandler also had a similar reaction to the news. He expressed shock at the news of Cole and his twin brother Dylan being 30 already. 

Cole’s Crush On Jennifer Made Him Stammer

Meanwhile, Cole earlier explained how his crush on Jennifer affected him. He admitted on the Drew Barrymore Show in January 2021 that his onset crush made it “quite difficult to work in front of her.”

“I would stammer a lot and I’d forget my lines,” he continued. However, he opined that he would be more composed before her now than he was as a kid. Cole wasn’t so secretive about his admiration for Jennifer either.

The actor shared that the crew sometimes teased him because they saw his reactions to Jennifer. 

“I would just forget, and be looking at her. But then, the whole world had a crush on Jennifer Aniston,” he added.

However, Cole has found love with his girlfriend, Ari Fournier, while Jennifer has been living her best life.

“I feel the best in who I am today,” she told Allure last November, “better than I ever did in my 20s or 30s even, or my mid-40s.” She also agreed with Access Hollywood that she is aging “gratefully.”
