We’ve had a couple Avengers movies, and another one on track for 2018. But before then, it’s the Justice League’s turn to enjoy the silver screen in 2017. And the cast will, naturally, consist of the same actor’s who’ve been performing their heroic roles in other movies – those who’ve had movie, that is. That means Ben Affleck as Batman, Henry Cavill as Superman, and Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman. Ray Fisher will join as Cyborg and Jason Momoa as Aquaman. The Flash will be played by Ezra Miller, as was previously announced some time ago. Speaking of Miller, the man had a few things to say about the on-screen personalities of his fellow Justice League heroes.

“Flash is Ringo Starr. He annoys everybody, but he doesn’t have any specific beef with anyone. Uncle Fish Curry [Aquaman] is very grumpy. Dad [Batman] gets grumpy too. (He’s had a long life of fighting crime.) Wonder Woman is very considerate, so even though she’s annoyed with the Flash, she’s still very compassionate.”

Flash: “Look, guys, it’s a giant bird!” Wonder Woman: “No, I think it’s a tiny plane.” Batman: “Would you two shut up? I’m trying to look all dark and cool here.”

To sum it up, we’ll see an obnoxious Flash, two old grouches, and a den mother. And Superman, well… he’ll probably just be, you know, Superman. Satirical cynicism aside, it should make for some interesting team dynamics between the good guys. Which is good, considering they’ll be sharing their screen time quite a bit. No Justice League trailers or previews have been made public yet, but with next year looming in just over a week, fans can likely expect something very soon. Let’s face it, keeping a big-time flick like Justice League under lock and key just doesn’t make sense.
