Kaley Cuoco definitely isn’t one of those celebrities who’s never seen hitting the gym. The sitcom star, 38, made workout headlines prior to the March 2023 arrival of daughter Matilda, and she’s made even more since as she keeps her postpartum figure in tip-top shape.
While Kaley shares gym moments to her Instagram and also features on trainer Ryan Sorensen’s social media, a third route exists for catching Kaley in workout mode, coming via fan reposts, often on Instagram. This November 2023 selfie showed The Big Bang Theory star in a fun, lighthearted moment as she took a break from her energetic training session. Despite not actually working out during the snap, Kaley quickly got told that she’s “committed.”

Sticking her tongue out as she went goofy, Kaley snapped a selfie while posing amid various pieces of home gym equipment, also lifting one foot up onto a weighted black ball.
Likely posting from her $12 million Hidden Hills mansion, the actress showed off her super-fit figure in a skintight, black pair of leggings, also rocking a matching black training tank with a small white logo on it.
Sneaker-clad as she placed one toned arm to her hip and used the other to hold her phone, Kaley reminded fans what an easygoing celebrity she is, also braving a no-makeup finish as she showed off her light locks a little tied back.
Proving She’s ‘Committed’
It looks like the fan calling Kaley “committed” is well aware of her workout game. “One thing I’ve noticed. YOUR COMMITTED,” they said.
Kaley once made headlines for her hot yoga sessions and status as a former nationally-ranked amateur tennis player, but times have changed. Since welcoming baby Matilda with boyfriend Tom Pelphrey, the star has been mixing cardio with resistance as trainer Ryan drives out to her home, often using pulley equipment and throwing in HIIT reps to both tone her body and work her cardiovascular system.
“Putting that incline up is so good for your muscles, and for your circulation,” Kaley revealed last November as she spoke of using her treadmill. “I’ll also walk backward, which is amazing for your butt and legs. It pretty much works everything,” she added.
Of the initial ugh when it comes to hitting the gym, The Flight Attendant actress continued: “I remind myself that it’s just an hour of my day, and like eating, it’s important for my body and my heart.”
