Kelly Ripa soaked up rays poolside in her August 2022 Instagram share, making sure to mention daughter Lola Consuelos‘ new music and, of course, including husband Mark Consuelos in her video.
Bronzing her toned legs as she reminded fans of the body she’s jokingly called a “Peter Pan” one, the talk show host flaunted her impossibly toned figure while getting in her Vitamin D, also showing her followers that the Ripa-Consuelos vacation game comes high-end. Sunbathing by an outdoor pool overlooking blue ocean waters, Kelly crossed her legs to indicate chill mode, but her video was getting fans hot under the collar. The Live! host regularly makes headlines for her super-toned figure, one kept in tip-top shape by trainer Anna Kaiser.

Hiding her face and mostly showing her legs as she rocked swimwear bottoms, Kelly lay by her husband Mark and on a lounger, wearing a large sunhat as she swung her legs from side to side.
Mark, meanwhile, flaunted his ripped torso in dark swimtrunks, although the post wasn’t about the long-term couple and their 25+ year marriage. In a caption, Kelly shouted out 22-year-old Lola’s debut “Paranoia Silverlining” single, writing: “Casually waiting for the arrival of @theyoungestyung first single PARANOIA SILVER LINING, drops tomorrow across all platforms!”
Discussing Her ‘Peter Pan’ Body
In 2019, Kelly was profiled by The Cut, where she opened up on her early starts, morning Bullet coffee, and managing what was then a life without Mark as cohost.
“I was talking to a cardiologist and he said to make sure your heart beats out of your chest every day. The more you exercise, the healthier it is. And I can be honest: My body looks like Peter Pan no matter what I do,” the TV favorite revealed.
“I’ve never been a va-va-voom woman. I like to take AKT — which is cardio-based dance classes — about four to five days a week between 3 and 5 p.m. And I like to do SoulCycle on the weekends,” Ripa continued. Kelly is known for being super-active. Minus walking around NYC on foot, the star gets busy with her energetic dance training with Anna, also enjoying gym sessions and her SoulCycle.
As to diet, Kelly is careful. She opts for slow-release carbs, including oatmeal, plenty of lean proteins, plus healthy fats, including avocados and seeds. Kelly is also tee-total and opts for an alkaline diet.
