Kids Prize Pack offers a new theme each month and finds the best books, toys, games, and activities based on that theme and puts a box together.  So, not only are subscribers guaranteed a new book to read each month, they get some really cool stuff to make that book even more interesting.  Another cool feature of the Kid’s Prize Pack is the fact you can personalize it to your child.  They have four categories to cover girls and boys from ages ranging from 4-8 and 9-12.

Cost:  Kids Prize Pack is $34.99/month and there are other options to get a small discount by committing to longer terms.  You can find the pricing information on their website.

The Yeti Files:  Monsters on the Run was the book included in this Kids Prize Pack.  According to Google, here is a description of the book:

Blizz Richards and his band of wacky cryptids are back for another illustrated adventure! Everyone thinks the Loch Ness monster is one-of-a-kind. But that just means Nessie’s lonely. And only yeti Blizz Richards and his team of cryptozoologists can help her find a friend just like her. With a little help from a time-traveling leprechaun, the gang travels back 65 million years to the age of dinosaurs to begin the search. But they aren’t ready for the dangers that wait for them: monstrously mean dinos. Giants with razor-sharp teeth. Terrifyingly cute little kitties. Can Blizz keep his team safe, or will they have to sacrifice everything to help Nessie find a friend?” https://goo.gl/ivdS9h

These Jurassic World toys were also included as part of the dinosaur theme.  Nothing says Dinosaur like Jurassic Park and Jurassic World.

I love Funko Pop! figures and this one is absolutely adorable.  This is Spot from The Good Dinosaur movie that came out this past year.  I haven’t seen the movie but I heard it is really good and look forward to it.  In the meantime, you can’t deny how cute Spot is in this figure.

As usual, there is always a small comic included in each Kids Prize Pack and yes, this one has dinosaurs in it.

This was the box for boys ages 5-8.  I am thinking that girls got more diaries than dinosaurs in their box but there’s no rule that girls can’t like dinosaurs too, right?

I am the wife of a real nerd who has developed some nerd-like tendencies along the way. I am a mom of two teenagers who is still trying to figure out what she wants to be when she grows up! I spend my days working at the local community & technical college as a Director of Business & Industry training. At night and on weekends, I love spending time with family, binge-watching tv series, playing video games with the kids, graphic design, and, yes, reviewing products. I have my Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Communication and contemplating a Doctorate…I consider myself a lifetime learner!
