Kourtney Kardashian is continuing to spark pregnancy rumors as fans speculate she’s expecting her fifth child. The reality star, 45, shocked fans with her latest selfie, one posted this week and via her Poosh lifestyle brand’s Instagram.
Posing in leggings and a graphic tee as Poosh spoke of “moving for two,” Kourtney took a matter of minutes to garner pregnancy remarks, something that’s been going on since August. While neither Kourtney nor husband Travis Barker have made a pregnancy announcement, fans seem convinced that the 2022-married couple is expecting. In November 2023, they welcomed son Rocky while both having children from previous relationships.

Posing from a luxurious indoor space, Kourtney swung a hip while modeling a high-waisted and very tight pair of black leggings.
Appearing to show a slightly rounder belly, the mom of four rocked a white tee with a fun bra logo on it, keeping fuss-free with her hair tied back while adding in a black pair of sneakers. Holding her phone with one hand and gazing into it, Kourtney flaunted a dark manicure as she continues to embrace her new rocker style, completing her look with a very light layer of makeup.
In a caption, Poosh wrote: “Moving for two? We’re sharing all the dos and don’ts of exercising during & after pregnancy at the link in our bio.”
Fans Assuming She’s ‘Pregnant Again’
Shooting up to the top of the comments was a shocked fan, who admitted: “OMG, I thought you were pregnant again.” Over 120 others agreed.
“Almost positive she is!” one replied, with another saying: “Me too!” A third, meanwhile, appeared to have done some fact-checking as they said: “I googled it to check…it said no. 😂 I’m confused but brilliant if she is. 😍” In a separate comment, a fan appeared to have the same thought as they asked: “Wow is this a new baby on the way.”
Kourtney had sparked pregnancy speculation earlier this month, when she debuted her Halloween decorations on Instagram, posing in a leggy pantless look and with a bomber jacket covering her stomach.
In a similar vein, October 4 photos of the Lemme founder heading to a pottery-painting class with son Mason had The Daily Mail‘s commenters assuming there was a bun in the oven. “She’s defo pregnant,” one user replied, gaining over 120 upvotes.
Kourtney shares three children with ex-boyfriend Scott Disick while 48-year-old Travis shares two kids with ex-wife Shanna Moakler. The couple initially embarked on an IVY journey, but conceived naturally after abandoning it.
Baby Rocky will celebrate his first birthday next month.
