Kylie Jenner made major headlines on Tuesday as she debuted her new clothing line on Instagram. The reality star and business mogul continues to expand her empire in the wake of her 2015-launched Kylie Cosmetics brand, and now she’s offering up apparel.
Posting for her army of followers and after talk of a “quiet luxury” clothing line, Kylie showed off designs from her upcoming collection, also revealing the unique name she’s chosen for her brand. The Hulu star, 26, has named her brand Khy. Everything on offer retails for under $200.
Kylie Jenner Expands Empire With Clothing Line
Sharing stunning shots to her Instagram, Kylie posed in a variety of outfits. She showed off her toned legs in a faux-leather black trench coat paired with red stilettos in one image, here posing from the floor as she shot the camera a direct gaze.
The daughter to Kris Jenner also went edgy in a figure-hugging, black latex bodysuit with structured detailing as she posed from a doorway step while holding a can of Coca-Cola. Here, Kylie flaunted her recent weight loss as she rocked her dark locks down and added in black gloves, matching brogues, plus white ankle socks.
Many of the images shared across social media came with a mention of the star’s recent WSJ profile, where she’s been named Innovator of the Year. Of course, the magazine also fully profiled Kylie, offering her a chance to speak about Khy.
Kylie Opens Up On New Brand
Speaking about her new venture, Kylie revealed:
“Creatively I have such a strong vision of what I want to look like and what I want to do and what I want to wear. There’s really no one telling me what to do.” The Kylie Skin founder continued:
“I never get too stressed about these things because…fashion is supposed to be fun.” Kylie was still a teenager when she founded Kylie Cosmetics. She’s since launched Kylie Skin, Kylie Baby, plus Kylie Swim.
“Khy is a homage to the limitless possibilities of fashion,” Kylie added in a statement.”We are breaking down barriers and will redefine the meaning of a fashion brand, with creativity and quality at a better price.”
