Love Island USA star Hannah Smith is facing the music. The reality star, known for Season 6 of the Peacock dating show, was arrested in late September. However, the news is just starting to make the rounds. According to The Sun, Hannah was charged and taken into custody for “terroristic threats and acts” and “willful obstruction” of a cop. The incident occurred in Cobb County, Georgia.
The Details Around Hannah’s Arrest in Georgia
Details of Hannah Smith’s arrest have been revealed. According to the report, it all happened at a Gracie Abrams concert. The police report said that Smith was being escorted out of the venue for “being disorderly.” Elsewhere in the legal documents, it’s said that Hannah allegedly “attempted to punch” the arresting officer; however, she “didn’t make contact.” Later, the police officer wrote that Hannah “attempted to kick me multiple times.”
Here’s where things start to get wild. While under arrest, Hannah, according to the report, threatened “to commit a crime of violence.”
“While said accused was being transported to Cobb County Adult Detention Center, she stated she was going to k*ll me and my sister multiple times,” the document reads.
Eventually, Hannah was released from jail on an $8,000 bond. However, it doesn’t stop there. The conditions of her release state that she can’t consume “alcohol, marijuana, or drugs.” The Peacock star must also “submit to random alcohol/drug tests at her own expense.”

As a contestant on Season 6 of the reality show, she first “coupled up” with Kendall Washington; however, the latter dumped her when a new bombshell entered the villa.
