This article is over 10 years old and may contain outdated information.

Loot Crate provides a variety of different “crate” options to choose from in the way of a subscription package.  We recently received a Level Up Monthly Mystery Apparel crate and was extremely excited to see what was inside.  This March 2016 crate was themed “The VS Collection.”  First of all, let’s talk a little about the Level Up Crate.  This crate is separate from the original Loot Crate subscription and is shipped and billed separately.  This means you do not have to subscribe to Loot Crate to get Level Up.  Items are not repeated between crates so no worries about getting duplicate items if you subscribe to more than one.   The pricing with Level Up includes shipping.  Level Up focuses mainly on wearable items very similar to Loot Crate.  This does not replace the Loot Crate wearable items.  If you currently subscribe to Loot Crate, you will still receive wearable items, as well.  So, would you like to know what was in our March 2016 Level Up package?  Let’s take a look!

There were not only one but two, t-shirts in this package!  A short sleeved and a long sleeved shirt.  Again, keep in mind the theme is VS and will probably be evident with the choices in the package.  The first t-shirt was an exclusive Captain America/Ironman long sleeved shirt.  I really liked the creativity of this shirt…..Take a look and see if you can figure out what is so cool about it…

Loot Crate T-Shirt

Did you see it?  Does this help?

It’s an Ambigram!  It says Iron Man one way and Captain America another.  Pretty cool, huh?

Level Up

I love this t-shirt!  It brings back childhood memories of playing one of my favorite games and occasionally sinking my big brother’s ship.

These are two-sided socks with Bowser on one side and Mario on the other.  they have solid black toes and heels. This is a nice pair of socks for that novelty sock collector.  Speaking of socks, check out these Marvel inspired socks…

These are exclusive Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. vs Hydra Casual Crew socks.  Do you see a the VS theme here? Bowser vs Mario  and now these?  What else did we find?  Let’s look…

Now, for the ladies, Level Up included these Batman/Superman/Wonder Woman hair ties and this necklace…

It’s a Batman V Superman Bestie necklace set.  One for you and one for your buddy (or bestie).

That sums up the contents of our very first Level Up from Loot Crate.  When you look at Level UP you have four areas of concentration you can order from including socks, t-shirt, wearables and accessories.  You can subscribe to just one or bundle all four and get a deal.  The individual sections are as low as $8.99 and the bundled deals start at $19.99.

As you can see, Loot Crate put together a really good package that you can customize to fit your personality. They have a number of options available with Level Up and the other crate options they have available.  You should take a moment to visit their website and see which crate works for you.

I am the wife of a real nerd who has developed some nerd-like tendencies along the way. I am a mom of two teenagers who is still trying to figure out what she wants to be when she grows up! I spend my days working at the local community & technical college as a Director of Business & Industry training. At night and on weekends, I love spending time with family, binge-watching tv series, playing video games with the kids, graphic design, and, yes, reviewing products. I have my Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Communication and contemplating a Doctorate…I consider myself a lifetime learner!
