Since the GAMELOFT team shared the latest roadmap, players already knew that there would be more Aladdin content sooner or later. Of course, after Jafar’s debut in the A Rift in Time DLC, it’s time to have some of the good guys from the same movie. Many of us imagined only Princess Jasmine would debut because of her crown’s appearance in the roadmap image. Yet, Jasmine will not be the only one to visit Disney Dreamlight Valley in the Tales of Agrabah update, as Aladdin and the Magic Carpet will come too. It’s time to welcome these characters to a whole new world in your valley.

Let's kick off this week of Tales of Agrabah previews by revealing the upcoming Realm including TWO new characters… and a release date! 👀✨ pic.twitter.com/NN6LcpLF3f

Finally, the long-awaited video about the new update appeared on the different social networks of the game, and after so much waiting, it was worth it. There will be a new realm in the castle that will open its doors to Agrabah so we can talk and convince Aladdin and Jasmine to become our neighbors. However, before they can leave their realm, you must help the princess stop the intense sandstorms in her kingdom. We will also have another visitor, a magical one, the Magic Carpet, who will not be another neighbor but will become a companion. So we can have the Magic Carpet flying around us while we do our royal tasks. All this starts on February 26th.

Besides new outfits, the Tales of Agrabah update will bring a new stall to Disney Dreamlight Valley, the Aladdin’s gem stall. Many of us have been waiting for a place to buy precious minerals for a long time, and most of us thought it would be from the seven dwarves, but finally, it will come to our valley. In his stall, Aladdin will have up to six random gemstones that will change daily, which will be very useful if you need specific gems for a quest or crafting. Fortunately, this is a free update, so we can all enjoy getting to know these new neighbors and completing their friendship quests.
