Tourmaline Locations in Dreamlight Valley
You can find Tourmaline in the Dreamlight Valley in Frosted Heights and Sunlit Plateau. Since Frosted Heights is the last location players unlock on the map, Sunlit Plateau will be the best option to find Tourmaline. Once you find a Tourmaline node in this area, you can mine them using your Pickaxe. But make sure you bring some cooked or raw food, such as Cherries, Raspberries, or Blue Berries, as mining needs a lot of stamina.
Also, if you can bring a mining companion with you, it will increase the mining drop rate. Any villager you have assigned the role of mining can be used as your mining companion. This will not only increase your mining rate. But also helps you to increase the friendship level with that particular character.

You will need three Tourmalines and other materials such as Purple Impatiens, Snowball, Dream Shard, and Empty Vial to craft the Icy Enchantment. After you get these materials, you can make this enchantment on any crafting table once you get the Icy Enchantment in your inventory. This magical item will enchant your Watering Can, enabling you to clear the green fires from the Forgotten Lands.
