Following the tragic loss of activist and TikTok personality Miss Shirley, many have paid their respects in various ways. One man in Los Angeles, California, decided to emulate her selflessness by sharing pizza with the homeless.

REST IN PEACE 💔 only thing that helps me feel normal right now @Shirley . Say hi to my mom in heaven please!!

TikTok user arislovesevery1 (Aris) shared the kind gesture online. From the get-go, he dedicated the video to Miss Shirley, telling her to “rest in peace.” Armed with Little Caesars’ pizzas, Aris walked through the Skid Row neighborhood, handing over the meal to those in need.

First, he gave a pìzza box to a group of three homeless people, whom he called “kings and queens” just like Miss Shirley did, and wished them a “blessed day.”

Then the California man approached another homeless person and apologized for not having any napkins. This wouldn’t be a problem, as the hat-wearing man pulled some stashed in his pants. A third man walked by and enjoyed a couple of slices of pizza thanks to Aris’ generosity.

Many more pizza boxes were shared with the homeless, who all seemed moved by the sudden act.

A Beloved Woman’s Legacy

In total, Aris, who has done the same in the past, posted five TikToks dedicated to the memory of Miss Shirley. Users celebrated this in the comment sections, mourning the loss of the beloved 58-year-old woman.

“This was her whole point… keep her legacy alive. Help others. She inspires us every day…. RIP Queen,” one user commented. Another one said, “Thank you for your dedication. She is definitely smiling down on you.” A third one added, “This video is proof that Miss Shirley left her mark on this world!“

Shirley Raines, founder and CEO of Beauty 2 The Streetz, was beloved by thousands and dedicated her life to helping those in need and those without a home. Specifically, she walked through the streets of Skid Row, a neighborhood in Los Angeles, California, providing meals and other services to the homeless.
