Whoever bought The Last of Us Part I digitally might be a little luckier than the others. The game has digital and physical copy options, and digital copies are the fastest way to play. The reason for the problem isn’t apparent. But the support team has a solution; they offer a 20 percent discount for any game on PlayStation Store. This might not be enough for the buyers, but there is no replacement program. Sony only has a refund program, which only extends the time to get an undamaged Fireflies Edition package.
