Marvel Studios tease fans by announcing new music from Rihanna as a part of the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever soundtrack this Friday. Fans were sent into a frenzy when the pop star was said to contribute two songs after a long hiatus.
Some days after rumors surfaced that the star will return to music, the songs are set to drop this Friday. Marvel Studios announced on their official Twitter page on October 25.
It included the looking eyes emoji, and the video was simply an “R” with October 28, 2022. But the most important thing is the “R.” The letter clearly stands for Rihanna, and from the date shown in the tweet, she’s set to give fans new music this Friday.
It comes after the star was announced to be the official headliner for Apple Music’s Super Bowl Half-time Show in 2023. She also recently celebrated the father of her child, A$AP Rocky’s 34th birthday.
Before that, the couple was spotted together in a Manhattan studio sometime in September, fueling claims of a new studio album.
