While most of your side quests consist of you hunting down dangerous monsters, there are some easy and simple requests you can complete. As you upgrade your follower bond rank with Strohl, you will eventually encounter A Noble’s Legacy quest in Metaphor: ReFantazio. This request is very simple, and you just need to find an old acquaintance who may help him track down his inheritance. You will need to return to the capital city and speak with several NPCs.
How To Complete A Noble’s Legacy Quest in Metaphor: ReFantazio
You can progress A Noble’s Legacy quest in Metaphor: ReFantazio by teleporting to the Regalith Grand Cathedral square. Then, you have to walk straight and turn right. You will find a man standing beside a shop near a horse carriage.
The game will then start a cutscene where the Protagonist speaks with the NPC. You can speak with the Fishmonger and start a discussion. Here’s what you need to say:
- Fishmonger: You’re acquainted with his son? Really now?
- Answer: Do you have something of his?
- Fishmonger: Fancy that a noble buying things himself.
- Answer: Did his son really like fish?
By giving those answers, the Fishmonger will trust your words and tell you to search for a merchant. He says that the person you are looking for should also be in Regalith Grand Cathedral Square. Luckily, he’s nearby, and you just need to speak with the Capital Merchant, who’s watching the crowd.
To progress A Noble’s Legacy quest, you need to reach Imagination Level 3. You can then say, “Did his fish stink?” This answer will convince the merchant to tell you the truth. After reporting your mission to Strohl, you can accompany your friend when he speaks with the merchant. After watching the cutscene, you can progress his follower bond to Rank 6.
