Miranda Lambert is welcoming the month of November by looking back at October on Instagram. The country singer, 40, shared a gallery of images captioned: “October” last weekend, kicking things off with horseback riding as she enjoyed the great outdoors.
Giving a nod to her Texas roots as she brandished her cowboy hat, Miranda also referenced food in her caption, one celebrating the “Wild Wild West” and seeing the Idyllwind founder profess her love of fried chicken. The gallery made sure to include the mentioned food, but it also delighted fans by featuring former NYPD officer husband Brendan McLoughlin. Miranda has been married to her hunky hubby since 2019. Fans left the post over 46,000 likes. Also leaving a like was singer and actress, Jamie Lynn Spears.
Miranda Lambert Shows Instagram Her Horse
Straddling a horse as she rode through an abandoned wilderness space, Miranda turned her head to the camera, grinning and placing one hand to her cream cowboy hat.
Keeping things Western in jeans, a striped shirt, and a brown leather belt, the “Bluebird” hitmaker tagged her Idyllwind clothing brand, looking every inch the Western cowgirl as she drove fans to swipe.
Posing with two gal pals as everyone wore ponchos and enjoyed an Airstream trip, Miranda also gave a nod to love of road-tripping, with further photos showing husband Brendan celebrating his 33rd birthday, plus a delicious-looking plate of fried chicken and gravy. The blonde made sure to include her love of dogs, too, posing with an adorable one.
Still Loving That Fried Chicken
In a caption, she wrote: “October. Wild West, people I love, writing songs, shelter dogs, horses and anything chicken fried. Amen. Whatcha got Nov? I’m ready.”
The post comes nearly two months after the release of Miranda’s Postcards From Texas album, recorded in her home state. Sharing her album cover ahead of the EP’s release in July, the ex to Blake Shelton told fans that “each song is a letter from me to you.” Here, Lambert wore a yellow tee bearing her album’s name on it, plus her favorite tight jeans and cowboy hat finish.
“Smh…took me entirely too long to realize the postcards are actually song titles,” one fan replied.
“How freaking lucky am I that fans have stayed with me all this time and my country music community has believed all this time, so that I could still create? I’m so grateful for it,” she told Variety of releasing her tenth studio album.
Miranda also extends her music fame for good. In the above Instagram photo, she shouted out her non-profit Mutt Nation organization, showing the guitar she was auctioning off to help house pets. Together with husband Brendon, the songstress is a dog mom to a veritable farm of pooches, many of which regularly feature on her Instagram. Miranda is followed by over 4 million on the platform.
