MultiVersus has been out for just a few short days, yet players are already learning the ins and outs of the game’s systems and maximizing what they do in the game. With plenty of different battle pass quests to complete to level up the mini-pass, there’s more than enough to keep you occupied already. One quest that might be a bit confusing due to some strange wording asks you to taunt opponents. If you’re confused yourself, no need to worry. In this guide, we’ll explain exactly how to taunt your opponents in MultiVersus.
How to Taunt Your Opponents in MultiVersus
While the wording says taunt, what MultiVersus is actually asking you to do is to emote at the start of the match. Before you can do so though, head over to the character you plan to play in the Collection menu (Jake used as an example above). Next to your Variants (skins, man are they ever confusing with wording) is a set of Emotes, with you only needing to do whichever the first one is to complete the quest. If you want more emotes though, you can click on an empty slot and purchase the one other emote for each character currently available with Gleamium. It’ll change depending on the rarity of the emote, though each of them seems pretty silly.
While emoting is one way to taunt an enemy, another is through Stickers which can also be seen by going to the menu mentioned above. Scrolling down you’ll see a list of emotes, some of which are unlocked with Gleamium and others being unlocked through the battle pass. Simply equipping one and using it will get you the challenge completed.
