While the Trump Administration divides the nation, MAGA conservatives have locked on to what really matters: the Cracker Barrel logo. Honestly, it’s nothing more than a change to a more corporate look. Quite soulless, like a lot of the modern logos of today. However, Trump supporters seemingly see Nashville CEO Julie Masino’s decision on the matter as an attack by the oh-so-spooky ‘woke virus,’ which many claimed was dead until recently. But as one X/Twitter user ironically puts it, “Conservative cancel culture, very nice, [you have] become what you hate lol 😂.”
In a r/agedlikemilk post, online users have pointed out how one Trump supporter’s account with a massive following had claimed “Woke is dead” just last month. They and many others probably thought this way after the Trump administration had essentially undone a massive amount of progress for the rights of immigrants, trans people, and many other minorities. And let’s not forget about the ungodly number of layoffs from Musk’s past doings and the effects of the tariffs. Countless MAGA believers have experienced extreme betrayal, yet many still hold onto hope that there’s light at the end of the sewer tunnel the administration is taking them through.
The Cracker Barrel Hate Is ‘Pathetic,’ Reddit Says
But now, many conservative extremists are taking shots at the Cracker Barrel’s CEO, calling her a “woke nut” and a “woke white woman,” among other things. Is her questionable decision to change the logo currently objectively affecting the business’s stock prices? Yes. Does that mean the logo change is a political statement? The MAGA hate mob appears to think so, as hundreds of X/Twitter users ridicule Masino, with some calling for her to be fired. But with plenty of controversial matters currently taking place that are infinitely more important than an eatery franchise’s logo change, many are calling these conservatives’ behavior insufferable.
“These people cannot be helped. The poorer and lonelier they get, the more vicious they are, but who can stand to be near them for any length of time?” states a Reddit user. Others criticized Trump’s face being on the profile banner of the account calling Cracker Barrel woke. “It really is the identity of these people. Without their Trump obsession, they have nothing,” adds another. “Trump sheep should be the outcasts of society,” a third angrily remarks. A fourth chimed in, saying that “this is Trump’s bread and butter. Broken people who have nothing else going for them…It is just pathetic.”
Whatever the case, Cracker Barrel’s logo might now be a little bland compared to before, but we definitely have bigger problems to consider and flame over at the moment. People of both political sides should have realized that by now.
