Liukin doesn’t shy away from putting her figure on display. On Monday, the retired artistic gymnast took to Instagram to give fans a glimpse at her tropical-print two-piece swimwear. Nastia Liukin paired the colorful swimwear with a brown hat and sunglasses. In the first slide, the raving beauty posed on a rock. Behind her, the ocean churned furiously with the frothy waves crashing strongly against the rocks. The next two slides featured similar poses, but the waves seemed stronger as they splashed on the starlet upon hitting the rock. In the fifth and sixth slides, Liukin finally gave fans a look at her footwear โ a water shoe.ย
In the caption, Nastia Liukin shared a relatable boyfriend experience, explaining the reason behind wearing the Water shoe. She wrote:ย
“When your boyfriend makes you wear ‘water shoes’ to climb on the rocks out of the goodness of his heart/for my safety โฆ but then has to hear me complain the rest of the day how they ruined my look ๐ซ .”ย

Shortly before Nastia Liukin shared the boyfriend experience, she posted another snap of herself vacationing in Hawaii. The picture was a selfie and showed Nastia Liukin dazzling in colorful swimwear. However, the gymnast deleted the photo after receiving criticism for having fun in Hawaii amid the Maui wildfires. It seemed Liukin was unaware of the natural disaster that destroyed different parts of Maui, as her island wasn’t affected. After deleting the picture, Liukin shared a message on her Instagram story, thanking her fans, who called and messaged, to know if she was okay. The sportsperson admitted all was well, after which she sent prayers to the victims of the wildfire.
